Once your item has shipped, I have no control over when your package will arrive or any delays. Please, contact your local post office with any questions or concerns once it's in their possession.

If your package arrives and the box or mailer is damaged in any way, please contact your local post office as I am not responsible for the carrying of USPS or any other mail carrier. The post office can assist in filing a claim for damaged packaging.
